Monique Lhuillier draws her inspiration for this collection from the intricate draping of the Masai warriors. Masai warriors tall, lean usually dressed in bright red cloths and draped in beading intricately decorated by the women of the Masai tribe.

Designer Amy Smilovic captured a Flirtatious “Alice from Wonderland” entity, with her Tibi 2010 Spring collection. As the models began walking the runway, there was a child –like nostalgia that filled the tent. The ribbon in hair, beautiful yet playful dash of watercolors, floral references, and feminine silhouettes brought this collection to a place of innocent elegance. The canvases of the garments were clean and consistently vibrant.

Wenlan Chia (Twinkle By Wenlan)
