In Paris, the Spring/Summer 2011 collection was held in a grand and gilded salon while music was being played on a guitar and a Theremin, a rare instrument with two antennas that create a magnetic field and the musician has physical interaction with it. Ms. Segura incorporates the 1950’s burlesque styles into her spring collection, drawing from the emphases of curves and voluptuousness.
