Questions About Currency Trading Answered

by xoJohn

At its simplest, currency trading is where one country’s currency is exchanged for another at a set rate. It’s a huge market worth many trillions of dollars and trading takes place on a daily basis. The value of currencies fluctuates for a variety of reasons, sometimes as a reaction to economic or political news in a particular country or trading bloc, such as the European Union, or because speculators are seeking a quick profit on trades in certain currencies.

Moving to Tallahassee for a Fashion Internship?

by xoJohn

After completing your college course, the next step leading to a career in the fashion world is an internship.  Both paid and unpaid versions are available and it’s up to the individual to work out what is going to be practical for them.  An internship with a big name brand can offer fantastic opportunities to get up close at top catwalk shows and to add a name that will really stand out in that all important resume; however, working with a smaller company often means there is a better chance of being hired when the internship is over, and of being remembered when networking opportunities arise.

Get Fit at Structure Personal Fitness

by xoJohn

“Everyone is trained as an athlete, no matter the age or current conditioning.” says Coach Kevin Dineen of Structure Personal Fitness and we couldn’t agree more. Dineen himself has an extensive athletic training education background and numerous mentorships that span his 11+ years of experience. What better way to spread his expertise than to create a place where the main focus is for you to create a healthier lifestyle and get fit.

STRUCTURE

We recently ventured out to the Upper East Side to experience Structure Personal Fitness. First Impression: The center was pleasantly organized and clean (very important). I couldn’t help but notice how well lit it was and as a first timer, the atmosphere was welcoming. I was immediately greeted by the staff who took me on a tour of the Fitness Center and showed the wide range of equipment they current have. After the quick tour I was anxious to start my workout routine with my trainer.

As this was my first experience with a trainer, I was understandably nervous but don’t fete. The trainers made me feel comfortable and took their time even when I wanted to give up. We started with a ‘Mobility’ warm-up which included everything from Jumping Jacks, Lunges, to Squats and Toy Soldier kicks. The Warm-up lead into a ‘Stability’ portion where we worked out the entire body including the abs, arms, and glutes, and legs. Some of the routines I found challenging but with the encouragement from the coaches at Structure Personal Fitness, I was able to get through it. What was most impressive through my routines was the trainers knowledge of what each movement does for my body. In addition to the HD TV’s which displays your heart rate. This is very helpful because Structure Personal Fitness trainers can more accurately judge intensity, specific energy systems, and most importantly, tie their effort into achieving their results. Overall, I truly enjoyed my first time experience at Structure Personal Fitness. If you’re looking to change your lifestyle and live a healthy life, I highly recommend this New York City gem.

Can Face Rocognition Help You Find Love?

by xoJohn

Well, Christina Bloom, founder of Find Your FaceMate thinks so! Bloom was inspired to create the website because, for 20 years, she was always told how much she looked like her partner.  She wanted to see if there was something bigger to the idea and, after years of probing and learning that there was, indeed, scientific evidence behind it, she conceived and created Find Your FaceMate.
