Lines of people were celebrating this naturally talented designer’s creation including New York Knicks player Tyson Chandler.

Due to the exciting results from last year’s New York Fashion Week, Leather Japan decided to hold another presentation for this season at Box at Lincoln Center on Wednesday, February 13th. Teaming up as Japan Leather Goods Development Committee, 8 leading dapper Japanese brands showcased their leather products.

The New York native designer, Stacey Bendet always shares her original and playful sensibility in her fashion designing for Alice + Olivia. The whimsical twist in sophisticated style; this season’s theme was Fantasy Street Style. Her phenomenal presentation at the Highline stages in NYC was filled with fashion-forward guests, pointing out their favorite pieces, sharing their thoughts with their fellow fashionistas, and also documenting the brand’s delightful style in their cameras.
The brand’s philosophy; Your inner vision is your outer exhibition, was displayed undoubtedly in NEODANDI fall/winter collection, which was held at a Japanese Bistro called En in Downtown NYC. Inspired by 12th-century Japan, the unique, spiritually imbued clothing was presented with the extraordinary physical movement of the models, who were more likely to be seen as dancers or performers. Meeting the traditional idea to the modern 21st-century style with remarkable silhouettes and materials such as fiberglass screening, latex paint and nylon, the collection was more than just a wardrobe but an expression of art, which takes place in fashion.
Reem Acra has been one of the favorite designers for all women, including exquisite Hollywood stars since 1997. Her stunning dresses are frequently seen on red carpets and at special events, therefore, there is no surprise finding Katherine Heigl, who was wearing a short navy colored dress with delicate lace sleeves and a pair of elegant Champagne-colored stiletto, attending her fashion show in the front row along with the well-known fashion professionals at Stage at Lincoln center.
Since the brand started in 2008, the designer duo Carly Cushnie and Michelle Oches are showing their vision of minimalistic beauty through their original label CUSHNIE ET OCHS. For this season, their bold and strong energy expanded throughout the runway and inspired urban women to seek their inner strength and own true beauty.
