Thank you, Francine Lefrak for hosting a special DKNY shopping event. While guests at this event may have taken advantage of a fantastic discount on DKNY apparel the night belonged to the women of Rwanda and their hand crafted jewelry.

Terrell Thomas of the New York Giants proved that Real Men Wear Pink at the Thomas Pink boutique on Madison Avenue in NYC. The exclusive Father’s Day shopping event was the second stop of the three-city tour including San Francisco, New York City and Boston. The New York Giants All-Star defensive back, clad in a classic fit shirt and Giants’ colors, signed autographs, posed for pictures and offered style advice on finding the perfect gift for even the most discerning Dad. Always a great destination for that one thing Dad wants but doesn’t have, Thomas Pink offers everything from colorful, silk ties and classic silver cufflinks to lightweight knits and smart dress shirts.

When holiday shopping coincides with good-will and joviality, it has a way of making the “heart” sing, or in Kenneth Coles case “Books”. The intimate event by “Making Books Sing” was hosted at the illustrious 42th street Kenneth Cole Store. With 20% of the proceeds going to the program S.A.F.E from the night’s sales; guests were ready and willing to uplift the recent economic downturn, by purchasing pieces of KC classics.
