Levi’s Celebrates International Women’s Day with “I Shape My World” Campaign

On March 8th, in celebration of International Women’s Day, Levi’s launched “I Shape My World”, a global initiative dedicated to celebrating and elevating the extraordinary women who move our world forward every day. To celebrate the campaign, Levi’s hosted a screening and panel discussion the day before (March 7th) at Studio 525 in New York City. After the screening, the Q&A panel discussion featured Elaine Welteroth, Danielle Brooks, Karla Welch, and Maria Osado. Following the panel, guests mingled while getting a closer look at the Levi’s space. Levi’s made sure every guest left with a custom denim jacket or hoodie. We are personally obsessed with our denim jacket!

Congratulations are in order to Ryan Gander, the talented artist won the first-ever $20,000 Pommery Prize.
His artwork Het Spel (My neotonic ovoid contribution to Modernism), 2019, presented by Lisson Gallery was chosen among 9 artists in this year’s edition of Platform, curated by Sally Tallant, Executive Director of the Queens Museum in New York.

The ‘Underworld’ actress was joined by DuJour Founder Jason Binn and famed photographer Mark Seliger. As with any other DuJour celebration, it was a magical evening in New York City.

The venue hosted the 2nd Annual arctic-chic Aquarius festival where the space was filled with delicacies from the sea that were perfectly paired with complimentary spirits. Sustainable seafood offerings were as vast as the ocean. MF Events had a raw bar filled with locally sourced oysters from Fisher’s Island Oysters. Last night, New York City was chilly but at Soho Cigar Bar, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting as the Cigar hotspot celebrated its 20th Anniversary. Soho Cigar Bar began as Circa Tabac and has the vibes of a 1920’s speakeasy with plush leather furnishings and art deco inspired décor. Over 150 guests packed the bar where everyone indulged in the finest cigars, signature cocktails, delicious food, and top-notch service. Even owner Lee Ringelheim and GM Michael Dounoulis, who is the only certified Cigar Sommelier in the state, greeted guests and made sure everyone was having a good time.
