Today UNIQLO announces plans to launch its latest line of tennis apparel modeled after performance wear created for Novak Djokovic, world top-ranked male professional tennis player and UNIQLO global brand ambassador. The line will launch in the United States on August 27 and in other markets around the world at a later date, details of which will be announced in due course. In the U.S. the new range will go on sale at the UNIQLO 5th Avenue Store, the 34th Street Store and the Soho Store in New York City.

UNIQLO to Open in New Jersey

UNIQLO announced they will soon open a new store in Westfield Garden State Plaza, one of the top shopping malls in the U.S. The UNIQLO store in Westfield Garden State Plaza will be the fifth retail location for the company and the brand’s only shopping mall location in the U.S. market.

UNIQLO is proud to announce the limited edition music, art and film UT series launching in stores March 19th. To celebrate this series UNIQLO is happy to announce four live in store performances from artists’ in Brooklyn based Mobius Collective at the UNIQLO 5th Avenue Global Flagship location. All of the artists’ from Mobius Collective will bring the UT designs to life by performing tracks from Jazz’s founding fathers and Concord Music Group catalog artists such as Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Eddie “Lock Jaw” Davis, John Coltrane, Otis Redding, Booker T & The MGs, etc.

Uniqlo Celebrates Japan Week!

UNIQLO, Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), Japan Tourism Agency (JTA) and the Organization to Promote Japanese Restaurants Abroad (JRO) has partnered with UNIQLO Fifth Avenue Global Flagship Store to celebrate Japan Week with customers and delectable sweets from award winning New York chef’s inspired by Japan. For three days irresistible treats will be handed out to customers from David Bouley’s Brushstroke, David Chang and Christina Tosi’s Momofuku Milk Bar, Kyotofu and Sugimoto America has donated traditional Japanese green tea all for two hours each day.
