TY KU “Mixer” Cocktail Party Hosted by Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger

On November 28^th we had the chance to meet one of our favorite Bravo Star, Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger.  Patti is not only an expert at affairs of the heart she is also an entrepreneur and co-owner of TY KU Premium Sake & Spirits. Patti was the host of the TY KU “Mixer” Cocktail Party an event to launch their latest sake TY KU Coconut Nigori.  The event was held at the trendy TOY restaurant in the Meatpacking District location of the Gansevoort Hotel. Guests enjoyed a sake tasting and education, food pairings and expert tips on mixology from Food Network Star Josh Lyons and on health from Patti’s personal nutritionist Dr. Emma Sherri. I was very happy to learn that TY KU Soju has half the calories of vodka. The tasty bites included a very flavorful chicken satay, vegan rainbow roll and toro tuna tar tare.

There were several TY KU Cocktails available throughout the evening.

My personal favorite was the fiercely named DRAGON”S MILK-

1.5 oz. of TY KU Coconut Sake

Muddled Lemon

Muddled Cucumber

Muddled Mint

There was also the simple but refreshing TY KU Citrus Liquor and Lemonade.

With my new sake cocktail expertise I am ready to put those dating tips from Patti new book Become Your Own Matchmaker to good use.
