Social networking has exploded into many sites over the years. Though each site boast individuality most contain cross-platform capability that allows users to post on 2 or more sites with one click. Facebook is by far the most popular, but gaining new friends isn’t quite so easy, potential friends must share a friend or interest to discover your existence. Even upon discovering you, depending on your settings they may have to “friend” you in order to participate in discussions on your page, comment on pictures etc.. TTAGIT by Intigold Mines LTD provides users with an open forum allowing conversations across networks with friends and *gasp* strangers alike.
We spent an evening testing out the new platform at a swanky cocktail party in NYC’s lower east side. The DL, a fabulous eatery hosted the event, providing cocktails and passing appetizers. Guests were invited to try out the new network and learn a little about its applications. Though the network is new is already has an android app.
TTAGIT users can:
- Streamline social media discussions
- Use formatting options like bold and italicize
- Follow interesting users and gain followers
- Find trending topics and join any thread
- Create ads and place them in threads
- Collect badges as on FourSquare for completing daily tasks and meeting milestones.
Though the website is up and functional it is best used using the Chrome web browser with tailored extension. The extension allow users to login while on any website and join in on any of the discussions. While the creators keep updating and providing new elements free to set up your account at www.ttagit.com and at the very least reserve your screen name. Be the first of your friends to jump on the next big thing, after all Facebook wasn’t built in a day.
