Tribeca Film Festival has officially begun and we’re hitting the party circuit to bring you all of the inside dish and photos. Be sure to check back, as we will be updating this post daily!
Thursday
XOJOHN stopped by the beautiful Dream Hotel for the 30 for 30: This Magic Moment after party. On the scene were Shaquille O’Neal, Gentry Kirby, and Erin Leyden. Shaq was very noticeable when his 7’1 frame stepped into the party. He happily took photos with fans before exiting a short time later. Guests enjoyed Effen Vodka cocktails, good music. and really good food like mini pizza and sliders. 30 for 30: This Magic Moment after party was ESPN and our friends over at Mohegan Sun.
Just a few blocks away, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Wilde, Maisie Williams, Richard Robichaux, Bill Purple and Jayson Warner Smith hit up the 2016 Tribeca Film premiere after party of Devil and the Deep Blue Sea. The party took place at the popular nightclub, 1OAK. Guests sipped on cocktails, sponsored by Sauza901.
Friday Night
The Wolves after party was held at one of our favorite venues, No. 8. Guests were all smiles as the room quickly filled with stars from the film and Hollywood royalty.
Spotted on the scene were Julianne Moore, Malin Akerman, Connie Britton, Bart Freundlich, Carla Gugino, Katie Couric, Taylor John Smith, Christopher Meyer, Chris Bauer, and John Douglas Thompson. Everyone pretty much enjoyed the night until the light came one. Another great evening for the Tribeca Film Festival. The party was sponsored by Freixenet.
An almost unrecognizable Dev Patel celebrated his latest film, Man Who Knew Infinity, at the Goldbar. The evening was sponsored by Bira 91. Guest included his costar, Devika Bhise.
Katie Holmes, Judy Greer, Mark Consuelos, Kelly Ripa, Stefania Owen, Eve Lindley and Zac Posen celebrated the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival premiere of All We Had at the official after-party sponsored by Bai Beverages.
Saturday
Saturday night started with the Bira 91 sponsored party for Folk Guy & Funny Guy. All cast members were in attendance, including, Wyatt Russel, Meredith Hagner, Heather Morris and Jeff Grace. Guests were treated to a very special acoustic performance by Adam Ezra and Meredith Hagner. The crowd couldn’t get enough and wanted more. Be sure to check out the film if you love a cute film with soul-soothing music.
The cast of Youth in Oregon hit up Up & Down after the movie www.eta-i.org/tramadol.html premiere. On the scene were Christina Applegate, Joel David Moore, Mary Kay Place, Keenan Jolliff, Josh Lucas, Stefan Nowicki and Joey Carey. The music at the party was really good and had most of the cast dancing. There is never a dull moment at Up & Down.
The night ended at The Family Fang after party. Guests mingled while sipping Hendricks Gin specialty cocktails and indulging in the most delicious food ever, courtesy of White Street. Film stars Jason Bateman, Jon Teeney and Andrea Plunket were in attendance. No sighting of Nicole Kidman even though she did attend the premiere; her presence was felt nonetheless. Guests mixed and mingled throughout the night. Bateman hung out and took photos with guests.
Sunday
Effen Vodka kept everyone’s glass full at the Tribeca Film Festival after party for Custody. Viola Davis, Catalina Sandrino Moreno, James Lapine, Ellen Burstyn and Dan Folger hung out at “Jimmy at the James” in celebration of the film’s premiere. Davis and her husband were seen mingling with the film’s co-stars and enjoying the Effen Vodka cocktails. Attendees snacked on light bites and a cozy lounge area by the pool area.
Monday
AT&T sponsored the after party for Equals at popular hotspot Le Bain. In attendance were Drake Doremus, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Pruss, Romana Singer, Todd DiCiurcio, Constantine Maroulis, and Leon. Hoult hung out with guests, posed for pictures, and played with the AT&T interactive stations.
Questlove, Kid Cudi, Zoey Deutch, Zoe Kravitz, Emile Hirsch, Nicholas Hoult, Analeigh Tipton, Emory Cohen, Jackie Cruz, and Gary Michael Schultz celebrated the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Vincent N Roxxy. Black Market on the Lower East Side quickly packed as guests danced the night away to the tunes of DJ Questlove.
Bira 91 provided drinks for the night, which paired well with the many passed hors d’oeuvres.
The Jane Hotel was one of the hottest parties of the night, for the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Elvis & Nixon. Notables included Kevin Spacey, Michael Shannon, Alex Pettyfer, Sky Ferreira, Rachel Leigh Cook, Colin Hanks, Rose McGowan, Keegan Michael Key, and Michael Kelly. We even spotted a few Elvis impersonators getting in on the run. Bai Beverages provided those delicious juices we all love.
Tuesday
Tom Hiddleston, Luke Evans, Sienna Miller, Emma Roberts, Derek Blasberg, director, Ben Wheatley and producer, Jeremy Thomas celebrated 2016 Tribeca Film premiere of High-Rise at the official after-party on Wednesday, April 20th, sponsored by EFFEN Vodka.
