Marchesi di Barolo is one of the most historic wineries of the whole Barolo area, with a history dating back more than 200 years, to 1807. Dare To Pair with Adam Richman & Alamos Wines

by xoJohn

A few of New York City’s food aficionados gathered at The Tasting Table where TV Host and Author Adam Richman put together his “Daring Pairings” for Alamos Wines. In case you didn’t know, Alamos Wines hail from Argentina and offers the best of Mendoza’s high altitude vineyards. Alamos grapes are grown at the foothills of the Andes Mountains at elevations of 3,000 to 5,000 feet, where intense sunlight, cool evening temperatures and mineral-rich irrigation from mountain snowmelt translate to rich wines with intense flavor characteristics.
