On Monday November 14, 2022, RR Auction’s SVP Bobby Livingston & The Chelsea Hotel hosted a private preview of previously unseen paintings, illustrations, and self-portraits from It Girl, actress & Warhol’s SuperStar SuperStar Edie Sedgwick, produced from 1960 through 1970, with several of the works from 1965, Edie’s time as Andy Warhol’s muse at the Factory.

Edie’s late husband Michael Post, brother John Sedgwick, as well as close friend & legendary music producer Danny Fields, were in attendance, as well as art world and collectors Gillian McCain, Misha Barton, Lady Liliana Cavendish, Spyros Niarchos, Janna Bullock & Michele Gerber Klein, Warhol Foundation Vincent Fremont, Beyeler Museum’s Sam Keller, actors Griffin Dunne & Ezra Williams, producers Jane Rosenthal, Darren Aronovsky, Laura Bickford and John Buffalo Mailer, photographers Craig McDean, Michael Avedon & Mary Ellen Matthews as well as fashion world’s Zac Posen, Christiaan, James Kaliardos, Anne Christensen, Harol Baez, Alix Brown, Freddie Lieba, Di Mondo & Logan Horne.
