Who doesn’t love a good chino? I most certainly do. That’s why I am loving the debut of Original Penguin’s new chino program, the “P55 Chino.” It’s designed to be slim through the hip and knee and slightly tapers at the hem to create a straight leg opening, and hangs just below the waist.
