In case you didn’t know, Richard was named Global Head of Cocktail & Spirit Development for all of Samba Brand Management’s restaurant portfolio which in also includes the James Beard-nominated Sugarcane (Miami) & SUSHISAMBA (New York/Chicago/Las Vegas/Miami/London) in addition to Duck & Waffle.
