Beatrice Inn Has Some of the Best Burgers Around

by xoJohn

I recently stopped into the ultra exclusive Beatrice Inn, located in the heart of the West Village where Angie Mar is the Executive Chef. Mar is a native of Seattle, but at Beatrice Inn she draws her talents as a chef heavily from the rustic farmers markets of her childhood, with a focus on simplicity and seasonality. During my visit, Mar greeted me with a smile and her charming personality as she went over the the burger options for the evening. Let me tell you, this girl knows her stuff! After listening to the many offerings, I decided on the lamb burger, because seriously, who doesn’t love a good juicy lamb burger. It was just that, good, succulent, and quite scrumptious.

Live campus was transformed into Restaurant Stadium, “a state-of-the-art venue [that brought] over 300 fans ‘kitchen-side’ in an intimate VIP setting, where they [were] as close to the action as possible without being in the heat of the kitchen. “
