East Side House Settlement is a social service agency that aims to support poor families in the South Bronx. It makes efforts to provide education opportunities for 10,000 individuals and families each year in New York so that they may earn a good professional degree and can work to come out of poverty. Last year, it provided education to 3,500 high school students. Its philanthropist services in the education field are remarkable and due to these services now many students are able to get an education and are working to change their financial conditions.
