Golden Globe nominees were invited to raise a toast with Moët & Chandon Imperial minis in support of their favorite charities. For each toast raised, Moët & Chandon donates $1,000 to the chosen charity in the nominees’ names.
Hollywood elite participated in Moet & Chandon’s “Toast4aCause” charity initiative on the red carpet in support of Friends of the Firefighters. Stars included George Clooney, Amy Poehler, Steve Buscemi, Debra Messing, Megan Hilty, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Hayden Panettiere, Julianne Hough and much more. Johnny Galecki also raised a Moet & Chandon mini in support of the CLARE Foundation. Julia toasted for Heal The Bay; Hayden toasted for The Whaleman Foundation and Megan toasted for Joyful Heart Foundation. Emily Blunt, Aziz Ansari, Jon Hamm, Jack Black, Sean P. Diddy Combs, Glenn Close, Kate Hudson, and Hugh Jackman also raised a toast to their charities.
Moët & Chandon helped Julia Louis-Dreyfus, celebrate her birthday by presenting her with a personalized magnum of champagne embellished in Swarovski crystals to with the star a very happy birthday.
This year, Moët is expanding the program in partnership with Entertainment Tonight. ET will tweet images of the celebrities toasting on the red carpet, and the star with the most retweets at the end of the evening will receive an extra $10,000 for their charity.
