Fergie, wore a custom made creation by Phillipe and David Blond of The Blonds during the Black Eyed Peas tour last week. The crystal, spike and chainmail dress was especially commissioned by the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation design duo, who just showed their most recent collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
