For his Fall/Winter 2013/14 collection, Sergio Davila was inspired by historical, dark and foggy old South American cities like Lima, Peru. He moved to the historical Centre of Lima – near to Plaza San Martin and Chinatown – and lived in a Victorian apartment for 8 months to create this collection.During one of his nights out, Sergio met Concept Artist Alvaro Feliu: Alvaro’s vanguardist and eclectic art served as inspiration for Sergio. Additionally, Sergo used the distinguished Peruvian dog – it has no hair and an elegant “mohawk” adorns its head – as well Punks that live in the surroundings of and in Lima, a city with more DNA than all other cities in the world.
All fibers used by Davila, such as Alpaca and Pima Cotton, are 100% organic.
