Sidekick Social Club celebrated the new T-Mobile Sidekick LX! Although the new Sidekick LX is not scheduled to released until May 13th, guests got the opportunity to experience the many features of this new gadget. Those features include, Bluetooth capable, and has signature swivel screen, amazing keyboard, 3G support, new display, and 3.2 megapixel camera. The new LX is also a social media mecca, where you can connect to popular sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace.

The Waggener Edstrom Worldwide produced event left guests thoroughly entertained. There were classic arcade games (NBA Jam, Pac-Man), a T-Mobile Sidekick LX mini racetrack, Internet-ready laptops linking guests to the SKLX Twitter page. We loved the gift bag options, where you could chose from several packages; Mets tickets, AMC gift card, Spa/Herbal Tea discounts, and much more. We enjoyed the history wall, which displayed all generations of the popular T-Mobile Sidekick.

Cuff & Buttons provided specialty drinks (see below)

Southside Fizz: Plymouth Gin, Freshly squeezed Lime juice, Simple Syrup, Freshly Muddled Mint, Club Soda

Pineapple Rum Fix: Brugal White Rum, Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice, Homemade Pineapple syrup, Club Soda

Margarita “Daisy” Cocktail: Chinaco Verde Tequila, Cointreau, Freshly squeezed Lime juice

Gold Rush: Elijah Craig 12yr Old Bourbon, Freshly squeezed Lemon juice, Home syrup

Overall, this was an extremely well-organized event, tons of fun, and never a dull moment. Kudos to the team that works so hard to put together such a great event! As always, we have pictures for your viewing pleasure.
