I’ve now been lucky enough to experience Restaurant Pearl’s dinner menu and the newly launched brunch. Let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with either! Restaurant Pearl is a new addition to the South Street Seaport neighborhood, attached to the 33 Seaport Hotel. The hotel’s lounge, Jewel Bar, prioritizes an elevated cocktail program with tableside mixology and highly curated drinks in unique glassware paired with small, shareable plates.
Restaurant Pearl features a worldly menu, marrying international classics with Korean-inspired flavors and spices. It aims to entice foodies with an eclectic menu that pushes the envelope on modern dining.
Restaurant Pearl’s newly launched brunch offers unique variations of brunch classics with a Korean twist. Favorites include the spin on the classic Bacon Egg and Cheese, the sweet Stuffed Brioche French Toast, and crispy Korean Fried Chicken and waffles. Each plate is creatively presented to delight and completely reimagine these classics.
Also on the menu is the Golden Yo! cocktail – a new collaboration between Yobo Soju, an American soju, and the well-known Samuel Adams Gold Rush, the brand’s non-alcoholic beer. The cocktail is inspired by Somaek, a Korean cocktail mixing Soju and Beer. Restaurant Pearl is the first location in the United States to have the cocktail available and fully approved by Robert Vail, Chief Innovation Officer at Boston Beer Company, the parent company of Samuel Adams.
When booking brunch, you can choose to dine inside or along the cobblestone streets of the Seaport. Indoors you’ll find about 40 seats and a distinct bar for a four-guest beverage experience, and the seasonal outdoor seating has sweeping views of the East River.
