“I’m
As I walked around the restaurant, I noticed that their ambiance was open-framed, anyone can grab a seat together, at the bar or at a dining table, order their meals and be served. It was completely effortless—which I found amazing in a busy space. All of the staff were dressed to impress and asking everyone if they need more to eat or drink, all apart of Paul’s protocol. “If you aren’t drinking or eating something—we’re gonna have a big problem,” says Dino when he noticed nothing in my hands but a camera. As there were a huge number of guests, the kitchen were creating large portions of their specialties and then offering them along a buffet style table. Dino kept encouraging people to continue, as the food seemed to be endless. Think leg of lamb, smoked salmon and salad perfection all served on a silver platter for your fill. Paul’s on Times Square had the ability to adhere to all types of people due to their quality of service and their generosity in creating a connection with all their guests. They offer an entire range of Italian food- from pasta or lasagna as well as a luxury amount of seafood and meats. If I were to imagine what heaven would taste like, Paul’s on Times Square probably mastered that.
Paul’s on Times Square is located on 136 West 42nd Street.
