Netflix is home to many popular shows like Squid Game and Stranger Things. One of my favorites among the slew of hits is Money Heist, a Spanish heist crime drama that is now in its 5th season. Netflix has teamed up with Fever for one of the most immersive experiences I’ve ever seen. Guests can now be a part of the gang and test their skills at breaking, entering, and heisting. One of Brooklyn’s most iconic buildings skyscraper and bank hall, Skylight One Hanson, was converted to a set, right out of the TV series. All the action takes place in a vast, cathedral-like space with 63-foot vaulted ceilings, 40-foot windows, elaborate mosaics, and marble arches.
Once inside, you will be recruited into the notorious gang by Lisboa with brand new scenarios inspired by the hit series. I went into this experience, not knowing what to expect. There were plenty of surprises and jaw-dropping moments. One of my protips is to trust NO ONE! Your patience and tech skills will definitely be put to the test. The actors were truly taking it all in, they were so believable throughout the experience and quite friendly once it’s all over. Ultimately, guests will find out if they have what it takes to infiltrate the vault and earn a spot in the gang. I would recommend Money Heist: The Experience for family and friends, looking to reconnect and bond again after such a horrible year. The entire experience takes about 60 to 75 minutes. After your experience, guests can hang out at the themed bar with appetizers, merchandise, and custom cocktails available for purchase.
Money Heist: The Experience is located globally in places like Paris, Miami, London, Mexico City, and now New York City. For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit moneyheistexperience.com. You won’t regret it!
