Rogue Nation is the fifth film in the Mission Impossible franchise. Filled with humor and death-defying stunts the latest film attempts to top its predecessors with more impossible stunts and a twist-filled plot. Expect to spend the duration of the movie on the edge of your seat. The very start of the film has our hero Ethan Hunt hanging off the side of an airplane before plunging into the clouds with heavy-duty explosives. One of the great additions to the series is Rebecca Ferguson of Hercules (2014). She is a revelation as the sexy assassin. She’s not just there to be pretty she kicks ass, literally. She kicks fights and stabs her way through the movie as Hunt’s equal. From her first scene to the last Ferguson is riveting. Without question Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation is a film worth seeing. If possible splurge and get the full experience at an IMAX theater the sound quality and enormous screen size amplify the insane stunts and take from the theater right into the action.
