Joseph Hargrave, Vancho Tolomanos and Jayvon Smith sent the Upper West Side of Manhattan into a media frenzy as they opened their new upscale dining and nightlife establishment, Manhattan Brew & Vine. The gentlemen welcomed over 200 of their closest friends including Fabolous, Ne-Yo, Angela Simmons, Tyran “Ty Ty” Smith, Mack Wild, Fat Joe, Bridget Kelly, Consequence, Shaggy, Felicia “Snoop” Pearson, Stephanie Santiago, Tahiry Jose and Lil Cease.
Wine, craft beers and the lounge’s signature banana sangria were flowing, while guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres from Executive Chef Denzell Washington. MBV has a great selection of high-quality wines from around the world, which is why we will be frequent visitors to the new hotspot. You can also get your groove as the lounge will have nightly rotating DJs. On this particular night, DJ Blaze kept the guests dancing by playing a mix of old school music, to today’s biggest hits. Before the night was over, nightlife industry veteran and MBV’s General Manager Ralph Mercado took to the mic to thank everyone for coming out and showing support.
Manhattan Brew & Vine is open 7 days a week and located at 998 Columbus Avenue. You won’t be disappointed. Check back soon for a full review in our Taste section.
