Addison, who was instrumental in helping build the Dream Hotel brand, also leads the boutique AHG collection of rooftops and restaurants, which includes Monarch Rooftop & Indoor Lounge.Β
Located on the ground floor and spanning over 6,000 square feet of interior and exterior space, Magnolia Restaurant is an American bistro complete with an expansive bar, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Β The dining area is elongated with an additional seasonal outdoor garden space.
Lovage Rooftop & Indoor Lounge is aΒ sight to behold at 4,000 square feet with 17-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass roof, and fireplace, the lounge is located on the 36th floor where patrons can enjoy specialty cocktails and light fare. Highlights of the rooftop lounge decor includeΒ a custom laser-cut mercury mirror brick wall and chainmail columns complement the floors of walnut herringbone and polished cement. Guests surroundings will also get elevated with aΒ 360-degree view of New York City’s most iconic landmarks, including the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and the Hudson River, to name a few.Β Both Magnolia Restaurant and Lovage Rooftop & Indoor Lounge are located at 350 West 40th Street and will simultaneously open on December 5, 2016.
