We recently stopped by Magnolia Bakery on the upper west side of Manhattan to the feast of the latest additions to their already tasty menu. The Summer Soiree menu will include just about everything, from pies and crisps to muffins and icebox desserts, each month of the summer celebrates the season’s freshest fruits, including strawberries (June),
blueberries (July) and peach (August).

Blueberry Lemon Cupcake –July’s Cupcake of the Month

Blueberry Pies Our flaky pie crust filled with fresh blueberries.

Coconut Cream Pie
A sweetened shredded coconut crust filled with sweetened coconut milk whipped
cream and topped with toasted coconut makes this a triple threat of coco-crazy.

Banana Pudding-A personal favorite!
Layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and creamy vanilla pudding. Heavenly!

The Ice Cream Sandwiches were simply amazing. We personally loved the red velvet sandwich. It gets better with each bite. The Ice Cream Sandwiches are made with Ronnybrook Dairy’s supreme premium Hudson Valley Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream.
