It seems that the upcoming spring season will possess femininity, strength, structure, and a little bit of seduction according to the collection of Erin Barr. Erin took the minimalist approach to spring dressing and added splashes of color which included vampy red and black. What was intriguing about the spring collection was her ability to create pieces that invoked female strength, which she expressed by using delicate sheer fabrics and tough leather. Erin’s spring collection offered straight tailored silhouettes that conveyed a woman in charge. Stripes were her choice of pattern play and she did so in a subtle edgy way, which was seen on a red and black tailored short suit and a white and silver cropped pant and collared button down.

A sexy bad girl vibe was presented on a striped low-cut exposed zippered dress and an all-white leather waist banded, high slit cutout knee-length dress. She brought a little sophistication not only with the tailored short suit but with a tailored red and black striped sheath dress, an all-red zippered embellished peplum top and skirt, but also in a white trench coat that had a leather patch on the bottom. Seriously, her collection was a medley of sexy sophisticated pieces fit for a woman in charge at work and a woman who’s not afraid to show her edgy sexy side. Well done!
