Last night, Dr. Martens launched the second half of their #FIRSTANDFOREVER campaign, FIRST LOVE, in the form of a photography and film exhibition at Frontrunner Gallery in New York City.
Guests enjoyed cocktails provided by Glenrothes and aphrodisiac inspired finger foods including oysters Rockefeller, prosciutto wrapped asparagus and chocolate covered strawberries supplied by Chelsea Caterers. The DJ (Irwin Matutina) played love themed
music throughout the night.
Dr. Martens first announced a call-to-action to bloggers in December asking them to submit original imagery inspired by their FIRST LOVE. The photographs shown in the gallery were hand selected by Dr. Martens, all of which represent bloggers’ personal experiences surrounding love.
Participating blogs include:

The FIRST LOVE film, featuring Agyness Deyn and Ash Stymest, was projected directly across from the series of curated FIRST LOVE images. In addition, Dr. Martens SS12 footwear and apparel collections were displayed giving guests a sneak peak of what’s
to come!
