It’s been nearly a year since we’ve been to Haru
Haru Happy Hour will continue to thrive with great specialty cocktails, like the delicious Red Lotus. This gem is a mix between peach vodka, lychees, cranberry juice and fresh lime. The Red Lotus is refreshing and perfect for summer. The lychee is great to have after you’ve finished your cocktail. Its only available until September!
Japanese cuisine ranging from sushi, sashimi to creative salads, signature dishes, and specialty rolls. One of our favorites was the Broadway Roll.
Its tuna wrapped around spicy tuna, cucumber and avocado, topped with gold leaf. Yes, gold edible leaf. At only $18, the Broadway Roll is fulfilling and perfect for sharing.
For you seafood lovers, like myself, give the Grilled Spicy Garlic Shrimp a try. Its mouth-watering and flavorful. I literally had finished every bite and was still wanting more. Also be sure to try the King Crab Dumplings, a delightful way to start any meal.
For the ultimate sushi experience at Haru, we recommend a little experimenting with their endless selections of sake. They’re great for mixing flavors.
Don’t let time square discourage you from stopping by the new location. It truly is a great place to enjoy a outing with friends or a date night with your spouse. Haru Sushi is located at 229 West 43rd Street. For more information and to see a full menu, please visit www.harusushi.com.
