After enjoying DIFFA’s (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) Cocktails by Design, we attended the Table Hop & Taste. Guests enjoyed wine by Hob Nob Wines and sampled the most delicious culinary treats from New York’s top restaurants. Of course, we have a closer look at the gourmet food and the participating restaurants.
One of our favorites from Bella Cucina Artful Food was the Artichoke Dip paired with hand-rolled bread, which was made in Tuscany.
Buddakan served up Tuna Tartare Spring Rolls. We spotted Sous Chef Dale Talde who you may also recognize from Bravo’s Top Chef.
Wall & Water served House Cured Salmon Crostinis with Olives, Dills, and Peppers.
Well seasoned Mushroom Soup and delicious Gougere from North Square Restaurant
Illili is known for its Mediterranean Cuisines. They served up three dishes: Grape Wraps (above).
Venison with Almond Snow and Scallions.
Duck tacos with garlic whip. SO GOOD!
Italian restaurant Buitoni provided us with warm Agnolotti salad, with roasted tomatoes and green beans.
If dessert if your thing, then you would have loved the treats from Theo Chocolate.
Taste Gelato Artigianale served guests a spoon full of Strawberry, Chocolate, and Amaretto gelato. We personally loved the strawberry flavor.
The Hob Nob wine went well with the cheeses from Murray’s Cheese. We sampled three different types; Piave Vecchio, Aged Manchego, and Asiago Pressato.
Lastly, Kittichai Restaurant served mouth-watering Tuna Tartare tartlets.
