Cocktail enthusiasts like ourselves gathered at Highline Stages to have a Parisian style party, hosted by Cointreau, Vogue and Elettra Wiedemann.
Party-goers
Debonair servers greeted guests with Apple Crisp cocktails as chic, black-clad “Siphonnette Girls” made the rounds with soda siphons filled with the Cointreau Rickey cocktail, ensuring that imbibers glasses were always full.
The Apple Crisp cocktail was simply divine. You too can make it at home by following these steps. Add 2 oz. Cointreau, 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice, 3 oz. Fresh Apple Cider, Pinch of nutmeg, then build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Stir well and garnish with apple slices.
Mixologist Kyle Ford helped the downtown chic crowd create their own personalized fall Rickeys at the Cointreau Rickey Bar by incorporating a variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and herbs.
The venue, complete with live orange trees, vintage posters and a wall made up of Cointreau bottles, radiated with Parisian style. What a night to remember!
