Seafood brand Blue Circle Foods and NYC seafood purveyor The Lobster Place hosted a lovely evening of tastings and drinks at the Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar, located at Chelsea Market. At the festive affair, guests sampled the delicious salmon in different ways; Salmon Avocado Toast (Ikura, caviar, aioli, chives, toast point), Salmon Poke (Tobiko, sweet onion, cilantro, yuzu pickle, and Salmon Onigiri (Togarashi, grilled salmon belly, rice, sesame, nori). As salmon lovers, we could definitely taste the difference in the quality of salmon. Blue Circle’s salmon was pure and fresh. We were eager for more.
