Tech Review: LG G2 (Part Two)

by Desha Winborne

A few months ago we introduced you to the Lg G2, the latest in smartphone technology.  At the time we were using a “global unit” which we were given by LG for reviewing purposes.  This unit was available to us without the benefit of actual cell provider service.  We have since acquired a fully functioning device with T-Mobile service for a more accurate assessment of the functions and abilities of the device.  We have had the device for a few weeks now and are more in love with it now then when we wrote our first review. Here is an update on some key functions and how we use them every day:

Experience The Sony Xperia (Review)

by Desha Winborne

20 years ago, back in 1994 Sony released its very first cellphone. It resembled a walkie talkie and featured an insanely large antennae protruding from the top.  Since then the electronics juggernaut has unveiled many other innovative designs. There was the phone with the swivel screen, the Walkman phone which was the first to combine the Mp3 player and phone and a model that featured a cyber-shot camera capable of taking quality photos.  The latest in the Sony arsenal is the Xperia series. This collection of smartphones began in 20120 with the Xperia X10, the first Sony phone powered by Android.  The newest edition to the line up is the Xperia Z. The Z provides users with a unique cell operating experience by combining many of the features of former Sony phones with popular new features.

The Art of Shaving Pays Homage to NYC

by xoJohn

The Art of Shaving is paying homage to its roots with their new shave set, The Chelsea Collection. Based on the unique design and culture of the Chelsea neighborhood, The Art of Shaving breaks through their traditional appearance with this exclusive luxury shave set.

The Chelsea Razor features a matte black finish with fluted metal gripping topped with polished nickel-plated detailing. Like the bold renovation of the Chelsea neighborhood, the Chelsea Razor blends the brash juxtaposition of new-world finishes with the romanticism of old-world ritual, creating a deliberately distinctive shaving affair.

Review: The LG G2 (Part One)

by Desha Winborne

For the past month or so cell phone fanatics have been anxiously awaiting the official LG G2.  We had the honor of seeing the phone up close and personal at its official launch event back in August.  The insanity surrounding the device was almost as awe inspiring as its great new features. When LG offered us a global unit for review we jumped at the opportunity. Though using a global unit prevents us from commenting on certain elements such as text messaging, call dropping and accurate battery life we can go through some of the cool features we were able to access with Wi-Fi and Offline.

Okay. So, I’m not the sportiest guy around but I do work on keeping it sexy while rocking the latest fashion. I often have an internal battle about leaving my apartment to go to the gym. Sometimes, the inner lazy-kid wins and I stay home. Nautilus Inc. recognized the dilemma that many of us face and sought out to listen to consumer insight for a solution. The result – the innovative fitness leader took to New York Fashion Week to debut new Bowflex and Schwinn products for people just like me.
