World renowned Michelin Three-Star mixologist Brian Van Flandern took over the popular Pegu Club to celebrate the launch of his newest book, Craft Cocktails which features a slew of delicious cocktails. Cointreau Brand Ambassador, Kyle Ford and Crown Bartender, James Menite mixed up a few libations which you too can try at home:

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3-4 oz. Club Soda or Seltzer
Build all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir briefly. Garnish with orange peel and lime twist.

¼ oz. Massenez Mirabelle plum eau-de-vie

2 dashes Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters
