Last weeks American Music Awards, presented a cavalcade of notable performances and an endless tirade of questionable fashion choices. With out further ado here is the Official JSD Best and Worst List:
Ke$ha
Worst: Ke$ha should have taken the dollar sign out her name and put it towards her wardrobe.
It must be hard times indeed when a celebrity can’t afford cool shades and opts to just glue studs to their forehead.Nicki Minaj
Worst: Oh Darling Nicki have you seen a mirror? This Garish outfit is an over the top fiasco.
Thank goodness someone must have let Ms. Nicki see herself, that’s the same face I made when I saw this ensemble.
Trey Songz
Best: Trey was the essence of cool in this flattering grey suit. With slight bit of shine it was a shiny example of chic and sophisticated.
Best: Taylor Swift is that you? Channeling her inner Jolie, Taylor vamps it up trading in her goody 2 shoes for vixen worthy pumps. The face hiding bands and smoky eye add to her mystique.
Jada, Jaden and Willow Smith
Best: I want to be a Smith when I grow up As a unit the Smiths are the picture of cool. I love Jaden and Willow for having the guts to define their own style and the charisma to pull it off.
Jada is every bit the Gold Star mom and her skin glows in this tiered gold plated gown. Paired with strappy sandals and a simple clutch this look is timeless.
Black Eyed Peas
Worst: I got a feeling that Will.i.am got dressed in the dark. I can’t decide whats more upsetting, the bob the builder hat or the baby blue gloves. Will you are but fashionable you are not.
The Situation
Worst: I have assessed the Situation and there is nothing to see here. Moving on to the talented celebs.
Jenny McCarthy
Best: Jenny McCarthy looks amazing in this shimmery one shoulder mini dress. Accessorized with basic black peep toes and a sexy smoky eye she’s a vision of beauty.
Dirty Money
Best: Dirty Money cleans up nice. The black leather and Electric blue work well together. The Ladies look amazing in their figure flattering gowns. Diddy’s Leather inset jacket is a well tailored bit of suave.
Katy Perry
Best: California girl Katy Perry is radiant in this shimmery pink strapless dress. Minimal accessories and simple wavy hair add a casual element to this stunning look.
Congrats to all the winners and nominees, even if your fashion choices were questionable you truly are a talented group of individuals.
