If you’re looking to shake off the winter blues with a serious splash of color, look no further than Pier 15. Every year, the Watermark Bar transforms its 10,000-square-foot waterfront space into the Pink Pier, a monochromatic wonderland that turns one of Manhattan’s best views into a fuchsia-tinted dream.
Whether you’re planning a romantic date night, a “Galentine’s” outing, or a family afternoon, here is everything you need to know about NYC’s pinkest attraction. in New York City.
The Atmosphere: Pink from Floor to Ceiling
Located at the South Street Seaport, the Pink Pier is more than just a bar with a few decorations. It is a fully immersive experience featuring:
* Heated ‘Glasshouses’: Cozy, transparent “igloos” decked out in pink lights and floral decor, allowing you to enjoy the skyline without the winter chill.
* The Floral Hallway: A stunning entrance lined with pink blossoms that serves as the perfect runway for your arrival.
* Social Media Gold: Beyond the lights, you’ll find curated photo ops like the Giant Pink Photo Frame (perfectly framing the Brooklyn Bridge), the Lover’s Throne, and the Blossom Bird’s Nest.
Dining in the Pink: The Menu
The commitment to the theme doesn’t stop at the decor. The Pink Pier offers a playful, curated menu where even the food gets a rosy makeover like the Heart Shaped Ravioli (filled with ricotta and a blend of fine italian cheeses, finished in a champagne–saffron butter emulsion) and the Watermark Cheeseburger (8 oz beef brisket/short rib blend, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, chipotle aioli, toasted pink brioche, and fries).
The Drinks | The Pink Bubble Bath (Gin, St. Germain, and Prosecco topped with cotton candy) and my favorites, The Flamin-GLOW (a jumbo margarita served in a light-up flamingo yardstick) and The Disco-Rita (Served in a Glitzy Disco Ball Cup
A jumbo disco-lit margarita served up in style; choose from Classic, Strawberry, Watermelon or Guava)

Pro Tips for Your Visit
* Book Ahead: While walk-ins are welcome for the outdoor bar area, the heated glasshouses require a reservation and often sell out weeks in advance—especially for weekend brunch.
* Dress the Part: You’ll see plenty of visitors leaning into the theme with pink coats, berets, and accessories. It’s the one place in NYC where you truly can’t wear too much pink.
* All Ages Welcome: While it becomes a lively cocktail spot at night, the daytime hours and weekend brunches (12 PM – 4 PM) are very family-friendly.
