1 part Pinnacle Caramel Apple Vodka
1 part Apple Juice
Shake and pour into glass.
Pinnacle Spooky Pumpkin Pie
2 parts Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka
1 part Pinnacle Citrus Vodka
2 parts Fresh Lemon Sour
1 part Fresh Orange Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with graham cracker crust (optional).
Bobbing For Apples
2 parts Pinnacle Caramel Apple Vodka
½ part DeKuyper Buttershots® Schnapps
2 parts Apple Cider
Spellbound
2 parts Pinnacle Atomic Hot Vodka
1 part DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple Schnapps
1 part Apple Juice
Rim martini glass with sprinkles. Shake with ice, strain into prepared martini glass, and garnish with a lime wedge.
Count Dracula
1 1/2 oz Caliche Rum
3/4 oz Port Wine
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Cinnamon stick for garnish
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients over ice and stir until well mixed. Strain into an ice filled tall coupe. Grate cinnamon on top and garnish a cinnamon stick.
The Leprechaun
2 oz Caliche Rum
3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
3 dashes mint bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Serve up in a coupe glass.

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Slice of bacon and olive on a skewer
Ingredients:
2 oz. Bacon fat washed Bombay Sapphire*
5 oz. Bloody Mary mix**
Method: Combine refrigerated Bombay Sapphire gin and 3 oz. bloody mary mix in a highball glass. Place three ice cubes in glass and roll contents back and forth between another glass to blend. Fill glass with ice and top up with remaining mary mix. Place straw and garnish.
*To prepare fat washed spirit: Cook 10 oz. double smoked, uncured, thick cut bacon in a 12” frying pan until bacon is golden brown. Pour off bacon drippings through a fine mesh strainer into a heat proof container. Pour hot drippings
