OLMECA ALTOS 100% BLUE AGAVE TEQUILA was born from a unique collaboration between Master Distiller Jesus Hernandez and the internationally renowned UK bartenders Henry Besant and Dre Masso. Our tequilas are exclusively produced in the heart of Los Altos, 7,000 feet above sea level in the western state of Jalisco in Mexico,and is created, in part, using the 500-year-old traditional Tahona method, before being distilled in copper pot stills. I’ve personally tried several tequilas but Olmeca Altos has become one of my favorites. Its smooth and delicious. There are two types of tequilas from the brand
AROMA- Sweet, fruity and fresh citrus, complemented by cooked Agave, vanilla and woody notes.
TASTE- Sweet with citric with a robust yet pleasant body, with Agave, vanilla and woody flavors.
AGE- Aged for 6-8 months in 200 liters white American oak ex-Bourbon casks.
AROMA- Herbal notes of cooked Agave, slightly citric and sweet, very aromatic and fruity.
TASTE- Sweet with citric and cooked Agave notes, well balanced and long lasting aftertaste.
AGE- Unaged and bottled after distillation.

Pineapple Dream (My Favorite)
2 parts Altos Reposado
1 part pineapple Juice
½ part simple syrup
½ part lime juice
10-12 cilantro leaves
Muddle the cilantro leaves in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Tommy’s Margarita
2 parts Altos Plata
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
½ part agave nectar
Lime wedge
Shake & strain over cubed ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
Fresa Picante
2 parts Altos Plata
¾ part lime juice
½ part agave nectar
1 strawberry
3 jalapeño slices
Muddle the strawberry in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with jalapeño slices.
