Best Dish: The nachos were awesome, the Steak was cooked perfectly but the fried shrimp is the must-have! These seafood marvels are big and juicy, with a light buttery flavor. Despite being deep fried they are also not greasy at all.
Overall: Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. What more can we say?
Express and R&B superstar Robin Thicke took over New York City’s Time Square to commemorate the grand opening of their newest retail space. The beautifully manicured store features a slew of the latest offerings from Express, for both men and women. There was literally something for everyone. We found the store to be quite spacious, stands three stories high and 22,500-square feet. Chairman and CEO Michael Weiss even jokingly described the store by saying, “It’s Express on steroids“. Additionally, the store is very tech-friendly, with LED walls and screens, interactive iPads, mobile points of sale, and on-site charging stations to enhance the shopping experience.
McDonald’s kicked off the 2014 McDonald’s Flavor Battle at their beautiful location in the heart of Time Square on 42nd Street. Two titans of the turntables, DJ Clue (Desert Storm, Power 105.1 FM) and DeeJay Element (2013 Flavor Battle winner) went head-to-head to give people a “taste” of what’s to come from this year’s competitors. Hosted by MTV’s and Sirius XM’s, Sway Calloway, DJ Clue and DeeJay Element surprised guests with an exclusive mix never heard before. From old school to recent bangers, these mix masters had the crowd going throughout the event.

Best Dish: You can never go wrong with Paella, rich and flavorful this dish really sticks to your ribs. If seafood isn’t your thing have the hearty beef stew, trust us you won’t regret it.
Overall: Casual elegance at affordable prices, you can’t go wrong here. The food and drinks are great and the atmosphere perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. This place also has a great happy hour, for us 9 to fivers.
