Housing Works will host its highly anticipated ninth annual Fashion for Action fundraiser on November 7th 2012. Fashion for Action is a five-day charitable designer shopping event that begins with a ticketed Opening Night Reception to raise funds for homeless and low- income New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS.
Housing works held its annual VIP shopping event for its fundraising initiative “Fashion For Action”. The soiree was attended by Chairman Thom Browne, Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose, Patricia Clarkson, Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen, Richie Rich, Loris Diran, Malan Breton, to name a few. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails and hor’douvers as they placed bids on silent auction items. The Auction items were grouped and divided into categories ranging from fashionista to hipster.
