The mission of the Young Friends of Save Venice is to introduce young supporters to Venice’s artistic patrimony and to instill in them the desire to help preserve her treasures. The group has hugely impacted Save Venice with annual balls in New York – Un Ballo in Maschera – and sponsored restorations in Venice, including several paintings in the Accademia Galleries, the Doge’s Private Chapel in Palazzo Ducale, and treasury objects in Basilica San Marco.

In true Dujour fashion, the publication hosted a swanky cover party for Yankees’ right fielder, Giancarlo Stanton. The affair took place on Tuesday, March 26 at TAO Downtown. The event was held just in time for the Yankees season to kick off. Stanton was joined by his girlfriend Chase Carter, DuJour Media’s Founder, Jason Binn, George Wayne, and celebrity stylist Gregory Wein, who styled Stanton for the April issue.
On St. Patrick’s Day, Martin and Jean Shafiroff hosted a fabulous cocktail party honoring Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. To keep things festive, guests donned their best fashionable green attire. Jean wore a stunning Oscar de la Renta green and gold ballgown.

On Friday, March 1st, Resident Magazine hosted the official launch party of actress and influencer Renée Willett’s February 2019 Entertainment Issue cover at Yara in New York City. Willett also celebrated receiving the Rising Star Award at the New York City International Film Festival earlier that evening.

The Foundry in Long Island City was the place to be on Saturday, January 26th. The venue hosted the 2nd Annual arctic-chic Aquarius festival where the space was filled with delicacies from the sea that were perfectly paired with complimentary spirits. Sustainable seafood offerings were as vast as the ocean. MF Events had a raw bar filled with locally sourced oysters from Fisher’s Island Oysters.
