Tonight the ‘PUNK: Chaos to Couture’ Costume Gala is set to take place in New York City. The highly anticipated gala usually host the worlds top celebrities and designers. This year, rap superstar Kanye West is set to perform, we also expect his beau Kim Kardashian to attend as well.
