This most unique Serafina location in New York City features stand-out touches like an Instagram worthy tableside pasta cooked in a parmesan wheel, freshly tossed tableside caesar salad, salt-crusted branzino, and a private event space that can be transformed into anything for the perfect party. Renaissance Properties hosted an intimate gathering in the recently renovated historic commercial space, 632 Broadway, also known as 166 Crosby Street in Noho. As New York City gets back to some kind of normalcy, Renaissance Properties is back to focusing on being one of the leaders in its field with the launch of its revamped lobby at 166 Crosby Street. The event was hosted by Kenneth Fishel, President of Renaissance Properties, and Bradley Fishel, Vice President. Back in 2016 the Carnegie Deli, an NYC icon had its final curtain call. In its wake the Carnegie Diner & Cafe has arrived to bring the nostalgia of old-school diners back to the city, creating a new generation of memories. The concept bridges the gap between modern and classic with state-of-the-art design by designer Demetris Charalambous, who filled the brightly lit dining room with comfy booths, communal tables neons, and mosaic tile flooring. Flourishing plant life adds pops of vibrant color throughout the space.
Today, wagamama is opening its third New York City location. The new location is in the heart of the city just a few blocks from Grand Central Station. wagamama is a popular British chain of Asian restaurants that began in the UK over 20 years ago. Its humble beginnings spawned a massive empire of over 120 locations spread out over 20 countries. Prior to the official grand opening, we had the honor of attending an exclusive dinner at the new Murray Hill location. The evening was hosted by Executive Chef Steven Mangleshot with special guest, vegan chef Gaz Oakley.

On Thursday, October 18th, CMX CinéBistro will open its doors to moviegoers at 400 East 62nd Street. Guests can expect CMX’s signature VIP movie-going experience along with fine-dining in comfort, thanks to their luxurious reclining love seats. Last night, Chefs Club Counter opened its doors on the iconic corner of Spring and Lafayette with a special VIP preview of the first “fine-fast” concept brought to life by entrepreneur Stephane De Baets, the Belgian entrepreneur behind the game-changing restaurant group, Chefs Club. Hundreds of hungry foodies packed the posh eatery for a first look and taste. The VIP crowd sipped on fine wines, like Ben Watts’ Watts Up Rosé, while sampling the menu. Speaking of the menu, everything was quite tasty but our favorites were the JG Burger Sliders, Duck Rice, Chicory Pizzas, and the Eggslut Crostini. They are definitely a must-have when you stop by. So who are the rockstar chefs making up this delicious menu? Jean-Georges Vongerichten, George Mendes, Linton Hopkins, Magnus Hansson, and Eggslut’s Alvin Cailan.

The Italian designers new location is housed in a 10-story building off Fifth Avenue that includes men’s and women’s retail, a bespoke atelier, an Italian espresso bar & café, barber shop, beauty salon, rooftop terrace, art gallery, private members-only club, and 30 long-term stay furnished residential units designed by Vacca himself.
