The luxury event space is owned by Elvira Grau and Jim Grau. They so graciously welcomed over 150 NYC invite-only guests for a special Winter cocktail party on Monday, January 30th. Attendees were greeted by a performer donning a metal dress that held several champagne flutes. As we entered, we noticed how spacious and open the space was.
