Last night, Monday, April 29th, Chanel hosted the 14th annual celebration of the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival Artists Program at Balthazar in New York City. The evening honored the artists who have contributed original artwork to the festival’s award-winning filmmakers. This year’s contributing artists included Jeff Koons, Shepard Fairey, JR, Eddie Kang, Swoon, Stephen Hannock, Jane Dickson, Fred Tomaselli, and Walter Robinson.
Yesterday, October 16th, Jane Rosenthal, Paula Weinstein, Tribeca, and CHANEL hosted the 4th annual Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program kickoff luncheon at Locanda Verde in New York. They brought together a hundred women leaders in entertainment – actors, directors, writers, producers, casting directors and costume designers – to celebrate their filmmaking community and the ten emerging female filmmakers selected for the program.
On Monday, April 23rd, CHANEL hosted the 13th annual celebration for the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival Artists Program at Balthazar. Tribeca Film Festival is off to a great start and today was no exception. CHANEL and Tribeca Film Festival (TFF) celebrated the outstanding women filmmakers presenting work at the 16th Tribeca Film Festival during the annual Women’s Filmmaker Luncheon at Odeon in New York City. This year’s Festival boasts an impressive 51 female directors (across both features and short films), the highest number of women filmmakers in the Festival’s history. That’s definitely a reason to celebrate.
Supermodel Claudia Schiffer is the latest model to be featured in the Chanel Spring/Summer 2010 Ad campaign. Other models include Freja Beha Erichson and Karl Lagerfeld muse Baptiste Giabiconi.
