The annual ESPYS awards, honoring the best in sports, is no stranger to Los Angeles; in fact, as one of the premiere events of the year on the West Coast, GBK Productions brought the celebration and style to the occasion hosting their signature, annual celebrity gift lounge honoring ESPY Award Nominees and Presenters, as well as throwing a celebrity poker tournament to benefit Los Angeles area charities.

In true fashion, the lounge included a mix of sporty electronics and lifestyle brands, as well as food and music, allowing attendees to enjoy while also feeling celebrated.

Mongolian designer Katya Zol presented a stunning runway collection part of the Fall/Winter 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Sunday, February 9.  The show opened with a performance Cirque du Soleil style with a singer in a native head dress, vocalizing to the sounds of the Mongolian region, followed by an acrobatic gentleman who held various poses upside down, sideways and otherwise using a small chair on the runway.   Zol certainly set the stage for her collection that followed – a glorious array of colors, fabrics and styling, evoking the Mongolian spirit throughout.

Malan Breton presented his Spring/Summer 2014 collection in a presentation style inspired setting at The Box at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.  Fashion show goers were welcomed into the space with haunting opera songs sung by the powerful Yujin Kim who wore a strapless black gown that covered several feet of the floor around her.  Show attendees had the chance to walk the space and see the models – in couples – who were lined up in a semi-circle around the floor.
