Molos, the perennially popular Greek and Mediterranean inspired seafood restaurant located on the Hudson River in Weehawken hosted a Fall Cocktail party on Monday, September 25th. Guests sat al fresco on the restaurant’s new outdoor deck while taking in unimaginably beautiful unobstructed views of Manhattan. Eight new cocktails were showcased during the special night including a Mediterranean Mule made with Figuenza Fig Vodka, Lime Juice and Ginger Beer, the Aegean Sunset with Ford’s Gin, pureed strawberry, muddled basil and freshly squeezed lemon and an Arnold Palmer on tap made with Ketel One, fresh brewed iced tea, and lemonade.
Executive Chef Gregory Zapantis complemented the drinks with delicious Greek dishes like Spanikopita and Filet Mignon Souvlaki, which were passed as sunset. Molos is a destination for weddings, corporate parties and private events in addition to Monthly Greek Nights with live Greek music and dancing to invite the community in, to experience a culture rooted in love.
